Four Day Anti-bloat Jumpstart (Diet)
this is the diet plan that is outlined in the Flat Belly Diet book… it’s called the jumpstart diet.
i do have some personal modifications ((for example, mushrooms are a vegetable i can have, but i hate mushrooms, fish is a protein i can have, but i hate fish))
so, these are my options for the next 4 days beginning on friday… i have to eat every 4 hours…
and i have to get some cold pressed flaxseed oil…
oh! plus i have to make the “sassy water” b/c that’s included daily also…
it has mint, and lemons, and ginger. it’s supposed to have cucumber but i don’t like cucumber… so… **shrug**
it says i can omit an ingredient if i don’t like it. ((i don’t quite know the point of it all, but whatever))
and then after i eat every meal i have to walk around for 5 minutes. ok.
so. i’ll give it a shot, and we’ll see how it goes!!!
