4. Cover, and cook on Low 8 to 9 hours.

here are my modifications:

Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage

1 cup cooked  white rice (jasmine)

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup milk

½ medium minced onion

1 cup panko crumbs

1 cup raisins

1 pound  ground turkey, browned

1 tsp dill

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

2 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. put an inch or 2 of water in a large bowl, place cabbage in it, and put in microwave for 4 minutes
  3. take cabbage out of bowl, drain on paper towels, peel off leaves
  4. prepare a 9 x 13 pan – grease pan, place outer cabbage leaves (it took 3 for me) on bottom of pan
  5. In large bowl, combine 1 cup cooked rice, egg, milk, onion, ground turkey, dill, garlic powder, paprika, panko crumbs, raisins, salt, and pepper. Place about 1/4 cup of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf, and roll up, tucking in ends. Place rolls in prepared pan.  When I ran out of room, I tore up a leaf and sprinkled it over the rolls.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls.
  7. Bake for an hour

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!
