sugar sugar sugarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
so i was browsing around yahoo and such tonight at work (oh btw, right now my blog is working from work! woohoo!!)
and i came upon a news story interviewing a woman who quit sugar .
she’s already my idol.
i need to lay off the sugar .
and – after reading what it’s done for her —
i REALLY need to lay off the sugar.
but sometimes i have such massive cravings… i can’t stand it!
i’m probably going to research more into this…
granted it’s going to be a bit pricey… but i’m sure i can get husband to support this cause
he hates how much i am addicted to sugar.
i might have to wait til he gets back to work…
**background — he’s currently out of work due to a broken thumb, he’s a liability on the work site so, he’s out of work til he gets medically cleared…
and we don’t have any short term disability pay with tricare, and my curiousity to check into aflac, was a little bit late…
so, we won’t be having any extra income for the next 2 months… his cast is on for 6 weeks, if he gets the medical clearance date of the end of that 6 weeks, it will still be 2 weeks before he gets a paycheck from the job he will start upon clearance…
worth looking into…
here’s the woman’s website.
check it out
and here’s the news story i found that started it — my bad it was from huffington post
